  Oakland police officers are in dire need of training. Just because you put on a uniform doesn't mean your trained. Shootings, most are within 7 yards, yet officers can't hit the target. Citizens don't have to be killed most of the time. Is there no policy to wound suspect. Mentally disabled belong in medical care, NOT INCARCERATED. Don't ruin a persons life for a simple infraction. All Gung Ho officers should work elsewhere your primary job is not to arrest all lawbreakers. All Gung ho officers who disagree with that statement should be a Bart officer.
