  The entire process of families and casket arriving, lowering casket, positioning the casket to center, the cement lid, and just placing the dirt back on top was very smooth today. Although staffs only talked among themselves and with the funeral owner, they were very respectful and patient with the cultural difference and process. Thank you! The cemetery itself is also very clean.
