  Again if your going to be influenced by a competitor that's almost across the street from us then you probably aren't smart enough to fill out the required money order to pay your rent with every month AND the tenant agreement and lease agreement will DEFINITELY make YOU FEEL, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. So make the best decision Johnny on the SPOT and visit Oak Tree and the competition before passing judgement. You can see for yourself, even Ray Charles could see what is the best place on Fremont. Good luck with this and have a great time!

  My apartment had a hot water pipe break and it flooded my apartment and some neighbors apartments too. The management got on it and it is in the process of being completed. Since there were no apartments available to move me to the management is giving me money off my next month rent for each day of the leak to its complete finish. It is a fair deal and I really like living here.

  Good central location but not ADA friendly. 4' x 4' platform inside front door very difficult to maneuver in a wheelchair. For guests coming for first time it's a trip hazard. Basically it's a motel room with a kitchenette. No counter space, small fridge and oven. It's perfect for a single person, but not any more. It is close to bus lines and to downtown. Good laundry facility and well maintained pool. I'd stay here if it wasn't for the accessability issues. Keyed gate lock provides good security, always feel safe here.

  I recently moved into this complex. The place is conveniently located. Walking distance to many major places which is delightful. The rooms are neat and clean on move in. The lady in the office is super sweet. She has been a major help. I would recommend oaktree apartments to anyone who is in need of a studios. Thank you :)
