  I will say the South side auto service is good but OAK MOTORS is HORRIBLE they take advantage of people who would not be able to get a car somewhere else. I got a car and it shut down on me the FIRST WEEK. THEY HAD TO REPLACE ENGINE AND I COULDN'T DRIVE FOR ABOUT A MONTH YET I WAS STILL MAKING PAYMENTS. Car was overpriced, my brother went here also he was paying like $ 320 a month for a 2010 Pontiac Vibe ! I was paying about $ 300 a month for a 2011 Kia Rio thankfully they took the payments down by my request after a year of paying, now it's about $ 274 a month. Then the car was making terrible sounds it was the drive shafts and wheel bearing THEN IT WAS $ 533 which is cheap BECAUSE OAK MOTORS USUALLY USE USED PARTS NOT NEW. NOW AFTER THE WORK THEY DID THE WHEEL BEARING IS STILL MAKING NOISES AND THE AXEL SEAL IS LEAKING. SKIP THIS PLACE PLEASE !!!

  I came in today to try and get a car and Larry Amburgy helped me out, I was depressed because my car was stolen and I needed another Vehicle, he got me approved in no time I am so thankful he made my day. Thank you so much. I got a 2011 Honda.Good customer service.

  Larry Amburgy GREAT GUY ! He was very patient, friendly, and helpful. He gave us a great tour around the facility, introduced us to staff members and we also left the lot with a car. I would recommend everyone I know who is in need of a car to Call Oak Motors and ask for Larry Best Car Salesmen! Thanks Larry

  Larry Amburgy was a great help. I thought it was going to take a long time for the process. Everything went great and it did not take very long at all. I started at oak motors 3 years ago and have always had great help whenever I need it.

  Terry was an amazing Salesman. He really knew his job, and made us feel like family. I feel confident in our purchase, and will definitely visit Oak Motors when in the market for another vehicle.
