  This place was great. Cozy not easily seen from the street. So you have to park in the back. Richard the bartender was very nice, knew his customers by name and drink and made the place welcome. Slow night for a Monday but I'm sure they'll get busy on the weekend. Definitely a good spot to check out.

  This place is like a second home for me. You won't find better staff or a better environment in any other dive bar in San Antonio. Drinks are good and reasonable in cost. The foods really good And every night is a new adventure.

  Love this place! So I went for the first time last weekend and the bartender was great. He told my friend and I a bit about the tavern and had some great recommendations. I never know what to order and he was so knowledgeable. Also it’s nice to see people genuinely trying to assist you. The atmosphere was chill which is what I am always into. I hung out on the patio which you’d never realize is on Fredericksburg. The atmosphere is so relaxing that you forget the busyness of the adjacent main street. Anyway, i enjoyed a delicious jerk chicken quesadilla and the live music. I love that this place has little nooks that which you can just chill with some beers and friends. I will definitely return.

  This has to be the best hole in the wall in the Medical Center. Service is excellent. Great alternative music playing the majority of the time. I have never seen a fight break out here ever since I have been a patron at this bar. Other bars in this area can be dark and shady but not here. Great bartenders and cooks. Highly recommended.

  Went here to listen to live music which made for a fun night out. The food here is worth a try; ordered some really tasty tacos! Bartenders were very quick and attentive; it was surprising to see them working as a team. Margaritas were okay and the random drink made by the bartender was better. Large outdoor areas to hang out in the front and back.
