  Very very rude. They don't know how to treat their customers. Importantly, you won't get any follow up emails regarding your orders. It takes forever to receive your items. I'm not going to work with O-Rings again.

  Tried to set up a business account and they turned me away from their office. Don't bother.

  Rude and difficult. It was a pleasure to bring my business elsewhere. Cheaper too. I have never been treated so poorly trying to purchase anything.

  Not helpful at all. Watch out for their website because it’s very misleading. Pictures don’t match descriptions, and all sales are final. They won’t budge, and the women name Destiny is very rude on the phone. When asked if she wanted a repeat customer, she said that they didn’t care. I would never buy from them again. They will take your money and run. I would avoid them at all costs. UPDATE - After sending a letter to the owner, outlining why a refund was appropriate, and that Visa was going to be notified if action was not taken, I was given a refund but never once was I given an apology for the rude staff. Why they had to make this so complicated is a mystery to me. Its companies like this that make me wonder how they can sleep at night treating people like crap, and not even apologizing for it when they know they are wrong. I won’t even consider giving them my business again.
