  Great location. Rooms were great. Service at the rooftop bar and the downstairs bar were horrible. Our small group of three were asked if “we needed something” while standing at the rooftop bar. We decided to head downstairs, thinking it was just not the bartenders day. Once downstairs, we were asked “do you guys need something...” We decided we didn’t “need” anything and headed to the Chop House, downtown.

  I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the years, so I don't get impressed very often. We had to make an overnight trip to Dallas and I wanted to make it a special experience for my kids. This is THE place to go for that experience! The rooftop pool has one of the best views of Dallas. The rooms are so chic and modern, and art is everywhere! I will definitely make a point to stay here again.

  Very cool, vibey hotel in Downtown Dallas. The lobby has an industrial yet arty loft vibe and is scattered with comfortable chairs and couches, pool tables and even a fully hand painted baby grand piano! Rooms are spacious with cool views of the city, huge bathrooms and extremely comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and happy to assist with any issues. I would definitely stay here again!

  I love old buildings and houses, so I was really excited to stay here while in town for a convention. NYLO did not disappoint. Rooms are so cool, with concrete floors and exposed ductwork- truly loft style. Lighting in the rooms isn’t great, but it’s workable. Rooms are clean, although some elements are getting a little dated. Best part of all was the staff - there was not one person that I encountered that wasn’t friendly and helpful. And the view from the roof is amazing! I would definitely stay here again.

  Check-in was professional and courteous and efficient. Great lobby bar. Our room (305) was on a corner and had very good light. The room itself was very well and comfortably furnished . . . nice bed with good linens and pillows. The bathroom was excellent, with a large shower and plenty of light. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
