::These cleaners are the best! They have come three times to clean in our apartment. Twice they cleaned rugs and once they cleaned our couch. They get out stains and smells I didn't think could be removed. They are always incredibly courteous (and also give helpful advice about how to deal with spills and other issues that come up between their visits).

::We had two rugs bearing the marks of our dogs. The first, a Chinese rug, had the usual dog soiling problem. The other, an antique Turkish rug, had a 3 inch square hole chewed out of it by the puppy. David picked them up, repaired and cleaned them. When we laid out the Turkish rug, we could not find the repair without looking at the backing. Amazing work, extremely efficient, very professional and friendly. Could not be happier with the results.
