::Umit is just Amazing! One of the things I like the most is that he always puts a great amount of attention to the needs of your body and encourages you to be aware of your muscles and how body mechanics work. Everybody is not the same and some people need flexibility in certain areas while others just need to build some strength to have a better posture. He is one of the rares who can find a good balance between physical and the spiritual aspects of the practice in a smooth and flowing class.

::Umit is a seriously awesome instructor. He is deeply spiritual, a kind and gentle soul, nonjudgmental, encouraging, and supportive. His approach to instruction is intuitive, informed, and very much focused on gradual life-transformation. He's not the guy who is going to tell you how to lose 20 lbs by your vacation date, he's the guy who is going to help you build a personal yoga experience for yourself that will forever change your body, mind, and spirit. I cannot recommend his instructions highly enough. Especially the one-on-one training. Worth every penny!

::Umit is an excellent yoga teacher. I'm grateful to him for his wisdom and support. One thing I love is he tailors the program to what your body can and can't do. He pushes you some, but not too much. Umit is also great about giving you simple stretches you can do on your own in between sessions to improve your flexibility. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to work on their yoga, stretching, etc!
