  My husband and I were recently put in charge of renovating the common space (hallway) in our 18 unit co op apartment on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. This was a daunting project with the pressure of having to please many (both the board and residents of the building). From the moment I met Tasos at 123 Renovation Group, I knew I wanted to work with him! His composure is extremely professional. He listens, and is highly competent at what he does. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and he has made US proud of what we have now. He is SO responsive.....having a contractor who answers your calls is in itself a gift! I can't say enough about his workers as well. They were the most polite and gracious crew I've ever encountered! Their work is of impeccable quality....true craftsman! They are neat and clean as well. Everyone in the building had the same positive response. We have done renovations on several homes in the past 34 years, and I would put 123 Renovation Group at the top of our list. It was TRULY a PLEASURE working with this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
