  When I broke my arm the financial department really helped me handle the bills, and paperwork. I wish I could remember the womans name because I owe her one. The staff seems overworked, I'm sure it's a hard job. Start with a smile and try being nice. Have some empathy for their situation and they may just return the favor.

  My daughter gave birth on Friday May 4th. She was admitted on May 2nd. Everyone was extremely kind, polite and helpful. If she has another, we will definitely be back.

  I can't say it's a really bad hospital compared to others in brooklyn it's not as bad. There are Certain people that work in other areas of the hospital that need some more schooling. Some are very disrespectful and let their position get to their head. Learn how to speak to people, theres going to come a day where these worker are going to run into someone crazy that doesn't care and then what are you going to do. You're going to be probably hurt, end up in the hospital ya selfs. Watch how ya speak to people. That's all i say!!!

  Failed to properly manage my emergency, lack of privacy to the point where I experienced humiliation in front of strangers, misdiagnosed my panic attack with “alcohol intoxication” since I had drank the night before. Tell me why I felt unsafe, uncomfortable and disrespected at the ONE space where anyone shouldn’t fell any of the above. My nurse was sweet but my doctor and the remaining staff I dealt with were horribly patronizing- I’ve been an “adult” for four months now, it was my first experience w any sort of hospitalization, yet I had NO IDEA what was happening. Don’t expect any sense of professionalism or empathy here. I wish I could say that this lack of care is due to lack of resources or being understaffed, but nope there were plenty of staff socializing and sitting down. I’m an understanding person, even in my time of crisis, i could’ve beared all of this if someone had just EXPLAINED to me why I was treated the way I was.

  Muy mal servicio no parece que tienen amor para atender a sus pacientes, las enfermeras son pésimas y no dan un buen trato. Estuve en este hospital por 5 dias y fueron los peores días de mi vida, durante todo ese tiempo ni las sábanas de la cama las cambiaron por limpias ni limpiaban la habitación y ni hablar del mal servicio de las enfermeras que parecen que no tienen ética ni formación salí con las manos hinchadas y los brazos morados por donde quiera. Aparte de que tienen muy mal servicio en emergencia se tardan hasta 4 horas para atender a los pacientes, no quisiera ni imaginar como sería una consulta si en emergencia casi esperan que los pacientes se mueran para verlos. Es el peor hospital que pueda haber en vez de salvar vidas pareciera que quisieran todo lo contrario.😔😔
