  Worst Clinic Ever Do Not Even Waste Your Time The Staff Has Nasty Attitudes They Are Rude and Unorganized and Unprofessional

  En el mes de noviembre, llame para hacer una cita dental para mí hija, resulta bque no hablan español, bueno, antes de eso ya había llamado con anterioridad pero se limitaron a decirme que hasta que cumpliera los 2 años la podían aceptar, cuando llame con la seguridad de que esta vez si tendría una cita con el dentista, me dicen que el sistema no estaba trabajando, que llamara después, pasando casi una hora, volví a llamar y nunca me respondieron. En todas las ocasiones que llame nunca me dieron un traductor, cuando llame a Healthplex que son los que ofrecen según ellos a los mejores dentistas, metí mi queja, dijeron que lo resolverían, me ha llegado la resolución, y que dice? Pues puras EXCUSAS, según ellos el hospital tiene traductores vía telefónica disponibles, y que hay ocasiones en las que están muy ocupados y es por esa razón por la que no respondieron mi llamada, si eso fuera así, como explican el hecho de que en la sala del programa WIC solo tienen a una sola persona que habla español, y cuando llamas y preguntas por alguien que te asista en español no hay quien te ayude? Sí ellos fueran responsables y éticos deberían asegurarse de brindar lo mejor.

  Dr Mamun is a great pediatrician, Very caring, she listened etc,I recommend her.

  I started going here as a family clinic. One clinic is just fantastic. However as i began to use other clinics i found it to be very upsetting. I was treated great by my physician but the receptionists were very rude and seemed very very annoyed. This was my first time ever dealinf with them.maybe they should get modeling jobs were they can bat their eyes and act as if their better than.
