Run the other way, the special promotion with Invisalign is a trick just to get you into her office. For a simple case this Dr. did not have the experience to advertise that she is qualified enough to do Invisalign. Ended up paying for this and now ended up getting Braces instead for a simple realignment. Not unless someone is personally recommending a dentist get Invisalign with an Orthodontist, it will save you time and money.

Ok here is the thing. I completely understand Dentist trying to make the most money they can, I admit I cam like that too in my job. But to have complete disregard for your patients after their treatment is a whole another story. I got the invisalign treatment from Dr Dana. Never learning my lessons from being cheap and saving money I choose her because of the promotion that was being offered at the time which was a good price. The treatment started and all was good. Towards the end of my tray however, I noticed that they were not fitting any more and I asked her if she could do a refinement for me. She seemed very unwilling to help me. Now I know it was because she was not going to earn any more money from me. (Also note, she charged my insurance for invisalign dental visits without me know when I paid all for the up front cost for it already). She pushed me to get my retainers and naturally since my trays did not fit my retainers did not fit. She got pissed of at me and told me I should have done told her sooner. HELLO, WTF do you think I was doing the whole time. Probably going to need to get another invisalign treatment now to fix the problem. $3K wasted. All I can say is that this dentist takes your money and runs and if you dont make her any money she will gladly kick you out the door.

Dr. Dana is very professional and friendly. I had to extract my 32nd wisdom tooth and was really nervous. But Dana knows how to calm you down. She did everything profesisonal and fast and put me on ease. As well as she gave me comprehensive post-operation instructions and answered all my questions. Office is also look great and new. Love this place.
