  A very convenient parking when visiting the New York Botanical Garden. Better than parking in Graden groinds.

  The only complaint is too much construction dust still exists after six years of parking here. Owner (s) needs to vacuum the building or spray a solidifier on every floor to nail down the dust. Otherwise, it's a good place to park, and it's safe because police officers via a very nearby precinct park here too. Customers should drive slow and be very alert because there are a few speeders there.

  The facility is clean and safe. You can keep your keys and move your own vehicle. One problem. Management will continue to hike up the prices as they see fit. Every few months they raise the price. It's ridiculous. It costs $300 for an over-sized vehicle and $275 for a regular vehicle. These are midtown Manhattan prices. They raise the prices to park at whim and there is nothing you can do about it. Just when you think you've gotten a good deal, don't get comfortable with paying that rate. They will continue raising the prices arbitrarily. They've lost a lot of customers since we were there. There aren't many indoor garages in that area so perhaps this is the reason for the raise in price every few months. That and well, good ole fashioned GREED. We left before we were paying $350 to park monthly. That's a car note. We now have to walk 10-15 away to park at a garage where we are paying way less monthly. It's sad that MPG is doing this to their loyal customers. When you call to complain, they say it's not them, it's the city. The city charges $150 to park in their municipal garages monthly. It's not the city. It's MPG.

  I wish I could not giving any start. I start paying $65 when the paying was at the back of the botanical, then they construct this big building they raised to 110 then raised six months later to 150, increase again to 200. NOW in DEC. 2017 TWO INCREMENTS 250 and 275. Is that possible to be so unconscious increasing almost every time they feel like it. I did report to the city . I wish something else to be done. They are THIFTS

  Great, clean and safe parking garage. There are always spots due to the shear size of it, and the security personnel does their rounds. The monthly fee is not as expensive and when you consider it a closed roofed space, man it is worth it against all the open-air parking spaces nearby where you will have to be forced to clean the snow out of your car everyday. The personnel is always available for consults and to receive payments or simply act if there is a problem with the ticketing machine or something. Totally recommend.
