  I’ve just completed a month of rehab for a lower back injury and could not be happier with my experience here. The team are extremely welcoming and supportive. I felt very much part of the process and at no time rushed. As a happy side effect the treatment also seems to have solved a separate long term issue with my leg I didnt even going in for. You won’t find better treatment, I highly recommend.

  This place is fantastic! You arive with pain and doubt and you leave without pain and a renew confidence in your body. The therapist are excellent, they put you at ease and they definitely know their stuff. I do recommend this place above all others I have been before. Even the front office is above par. Bravo and keep it up!

  I went to NY Spine and Rehab after sustaining 6 broken and displaced ribs and a displaced shoulder in a bike accident. My PT was Lani and her assistant was Leona. Lani was wonderful. She helped me regain range of motion in my shoulder while allowing my ribs to heal. As I healed, she gave me exercises to increase my strength, and Leona made sure that I remembered all the exercises and used good form to maximize my recovery. Lani also was very honest and trustworthy. She didn’t push me to do more PT than I needed. She recommended what was right for me, not what would make NYS&R the most money. And the best part was both Lani and Leona were so fun and friendly, they made me look forward to my PT sessions. They are the best!

  Raine, Andrew, and the rest of the team are so personable and a joy to work with. It is unusual to look forward to doctor's appointments - but I am always happy coming and leaving my PT appointments. They are also extremely professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. After working with the team for a few months my pain completely disappeared.

  I went to see Raine and Andrew last year for my lower lumbar, they were fantastic, caring, patient and thorough with me and I was on my way to pain-free after a few months. I started feeling the pain in a different spot this year and it turns out I have a bulging disc problem. I went in with constant pain in my lower back and hip and Raine put me on a new exercise regimen that has been helping me greatly. It’s a bit of a bummer to be back in PT for my back but with the team at NY Spine, I know it will be a success and I’m in the best hands. They care about your recovery and do everything to ensure it happens.
