  Love the service again. All our trips were completed on time and wonderful drivers. We had transfers from Newark Airport and JFK Airport with great timing. The option for accessible transportation is amazing with small accessible taxi and the large accessible vans for the airport trips. Best regards. E. B.

  I booked a van to go from jfk to Manhattan on my arrival with my wife and an 16month old baby. I was expecting someone to be waiting with a sign at arrival but nobody was there for almost an hour! When I called help desk, I was first told that the driver was in the terminal, then I was told he was 5 minutes away, then I was told he went to the wrong terminal, several calls and 1 hour of waiting later, I gave up hope took a yellow cab.. I wonder how this company is still around.

  Great staff we use the service for deliveries and airport transfers on a daily basis. Both Manhattan and Brooklyn locations we have are satisfied with the drivers and office. We realized that it's time to give a good rating, when we needed a wheelchair accessible taxi for one of the company owners and guess what? They have them.

  Fraud alert!!!! That ia not a cab service all they do is call other companies and add 50% to your trip. I am filling a Better Business Bureau report as soon as possible. They did not only bill my card for cars I never used I also had to play the company they called to pick me up. It ended up paying 2 times for 2 cars, as soon as I get home from vacations I will fill the required paperwork for an investigation. Avoid at all costs!!! Note to Google: All actions were documented and proof is available upon request.
