  John is an outstanding carpenter and you will be pleased with his work. John installed window casing, door casing, crown molding and baseboards throughout my house and hung three doors with beautiful panel molding. He also installed cedar siding on the back wall of my house and reflashed the windows. During the course of my renovation I had many positive comments from general contractors and painting contractors who upon seeing John's work said he was a very good carpenter. I've been very pleased with his work and at this point will not let anyone else work on my house if it involves carpentry.

  i came this place from a recommendation i needed an tenant apt done in one my buildings (own a four 6 family buildings nothing crazy ) very quick design by anthony price was reasonable they also have sister company that does granite gave them a deposit two weeks later the cabinets came installed in one day mike from richmond granite came to template quartz countertop installed a week later very satisfied with the process told them i would use them again

  For six months my husband and I searched and searched for a suitable and reliable company that would remodel our kitchen and bath and give us not only the quality we were looking for, but the best deal as well. Just about when we were ready to give up and go with your predictable Home Depot remodeling, we were driving down 14 th avenue and saw a sign for NY cabinet factory. We thought it won’t hurt to visit just one more place. Anthony the kitchen designer in ten minutes was able to show us a 3d drawing of our kitchen, it was amazing they have a big screen on the wall and you can see your kitchen cabinets with all the appliances in place. Once we decided came back ordered the cabinets they send us to their sister store in Staten Island Richmond granite in Staten Island and NY tile center same place huge showroom huge selection of floor tile and backsplash they also have their own slabs of granite quartz way too much stuff to choose from. Rosa the granite designer knows her products; Joe the tile designer helped us choose all the floor tile and backsplash tile, easy The customer service was wonderful, frank and his team left us with such pleasure and satisfaction. Their prices were 25% cheaper than any of the other places we had visited they completed the work in a reasonable amount of time and we were very pleased with the end result. It is now a pure joy to have dinner parties in my brand new kitchen and have guests use our Newly remodeled bathroom. If you are looking for a company to remodel your kitchen And bath, I highly recommend this team

  Horrible, simply horrible. They did not install per the sketches made, the operations manager never bothered to make any attempt at correcting the issues, I paid 22k for built-in's. Non - english speakers showed up and did not know what to do. There is absolutely no assistance from the office. They pressure you for payment but when the job fails they offer nothing. On top of all that, cheap materials. Please go anywhere else but here.

  Oh well where do I begin! I just don't understand the lack of professionalism that went into this job. I was looking into remodeling my kitchen cabinets so I decided to give this company a shot. A deposit was made two weeks before delivery/installation date The delivery process went ok but it was after the cabinets were installed on 8/17/2017, I noticed some discrepancies that I couldn't over look. During the installation, one of the worker realized that one of the cabinet drawer needed a smaller knob which was not part of the order. shouldn't this be part of their responsibility to order the right size knobs to each drawer based on their measurement? I was told to contact the office to inform them of such. Granite Delivery Two weeks later -I contacted the office to find out the delivery date for the granite. I was told that my delivery date was scheduled on my work day (no one bothers to reach out to me to inform me of such). My only option left was to make arrangement with my sister to come over my place to grant the delivery guys access. The day of the delivery, I made another call to the office to check on the approximate time the delivery truck suppose to arrive at my place. A gentleman answered the phone and started yelling at me just because I wanted to follow-up on my order. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Another unfinished job: some of the shelves from the bottom cabinet were not hooked up. They were left all wrap up in the plastic bag without asking for any suggestion. As of today, September 18, 2017, It has been one month and I am still waiting for the job to be completed. Several calls were made to the office since the past several weeks and no one has return my call or follow-up on any of my request. I would not recommend this place to anyone interesting in remodeling. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH VERY CAREFULLY.
