  Edit: This review was for "EVERY DAY NUTRITION" Not whatever it is now. Best place to get not only delicious but healthy snacks and drinks! I wish I could afford to come here every morning to get the best nutrition and energy drink to get my work day started! It is a far better option than getting a small snack or breakfast from any fast food place or Starbucks though for sure. So I make this my first stop whenever I am up early enough to make it here and if I can afford it. I normally make my own meal replacement shakes at home every day, but it makes me feel good to support this small business as it delivers on taste, and customer service. I definitely recommend this spot if you'd like a better option for your health without it tasting like it's healthy for you lol

  Stopped in on a whim while in the area, and very glad I did. I enjoyed a protein waffle with fruit; it was crispy outside, tasty and soft interior, a drizzle of caramel over the top. Delicious! Good balance of flavor, texture, and very satisfying. It was an indulgence without guilt. ❤ I'll definitely be back.

  Great experience the customer service was great made me feel welcomed delicious spring fling doughnuts and a delicious mango pineapple VIP shake

  This is a cute local spot owned by a very sweet spanish-speaking family. The owner seemed to know everyone who came in and enjoyed chatting with them as they ate and drank at the countertop. I had a delicious protein cake and a dulce de leche protein smoothie that they added strawberry to for me. The waffle another person got looked very tasty and they have some tea+juice mixes that looked good - maybe next time! I recommend checking out and supporting this small business!

  I really enjoy going here ! Mireya is very outgoing and gets along great with all of her customers. She has many different events for people of all ages. Many different varieties of drink and snacks. I would really recommend going here if you are just starting out and trying to better your health. She can help you find the right drink/food for you !
