  My son that is autistic needed a specialized bed. We went to numotion and had the best experience. I called weekly to check-in because we needed it right away. They were always professional, and never acted like I was bothering them. They came out today and set up the bed. The person that came out was very professional and helpful. He helped us brainstorm ideas and made sure we knew how to put it together before leaving. It was a great experience all the way around from everyone that works there.

  Ignore the other reviews! I have been a customer from as far back as when they were called Chesapeake and have been entirely happy with their customer service! I'm sitting in their office right now as they fix some issues with my manual wheelchair. I called at ten and they fit me in at noon! I have been a paraplegic since 1993 and they have been, by far, the best wheelchair equipment company I've ever worked with!

  Some of the worst customer service in the history of customer service (second only to Carecentrix). Every time I called I was told something different. After about 6 calls I was told out of the blue that my insurance required a face-to-face (yet again) with my doctor as well as follow up physical therapy after my wheelchair was received. My insurance company requires no such thing. Try to find another company. These people don't know which end is up.
