  Great company. Today my son wheelchair needed repair @ school. I called the friendly staff at nu motion. They sent Terry out to the school for repair. He got the job done in an efficient mannar☺. Great Cutomer Service with Hospitality.Thank You Nu Motion. We appreciate the team. 💯👏❤😊.

  These guys are helping with a new manual chair. It has taken months, but admittedly, my insurance and doctors are a huge part of the problem. That part may deserve 3-4 stars, but today they deserve 6 stars. Just before dropping off a demo chair, the seat back bracket on my daily driver broke (Jay 3). There is no way these guys should have had the part, but they did. Terry put the part on in 2 minutes and I was out the door and back on the road. Tee price was awesome as well. Eric is very knowledgeable in regard to seat position and equipment available. They took plenty of time to answer all of my questions.

  The company now makes excuses for not returning calls and do not give updates. "Separate category for each department of the company and they do not give me the status on anything" the lady says. "Oh we will get try to get this experdited as soon as possible." I have already missed 5 days of classes and I told them how this is my only chair! Also, the tech the sent out, I give him props for being a nice man but they hired someone who couldn't even name a part on a wheelchair I had to name it for him! Then he proceeds to get the information wrong to the woman I have been dealing with. NuMotion may have bought Academy Medical but have become far worst than Academy Medical. I thought that company was horrible, this new company tops the cake of being the worst! Nice people to talk to but nothimg will get done. Also, I met with the tech on Friday, and my parts were not placed on order until I called Monday and they are still not placed on order because now they're blaming my doctor for not signing a certain write off paper! Of course she's not going to write off on something she has no knowledge about!

  If at all possible avoid this company. Customer service is the worst. Months for repairs, office staff lies, techs can't repair a power chair. The company claims to care about people who have a disability. Actions prove otherwise.
