  Brought in 9 shirts and a suit. Suit came back fine, but none of the shirts looked great. I sent for of the shirts back to be redone, and was given a ticket that said they would be back the following Tuesday. Wednesday I arrived to pick up the shirts (without my ticket) and the woman working said they would be back on 'according to the ticket' the shirts would be back on Thursday. Since I didn't have the ticket on me, I didn't question it. On Thursday I went back in (with the ticket) and the shirts were still not in. I asked her why she told me the ticket said Thursday when obviously it said Tuesday and she offered no explanation. She did tell me that they would call me when the shirts came in so I didn't have to keep checking back. Friday no shirts... again. I told the person on the phone (different person) that I wanted a call from the owner, and she said that she would pass it on. The following Tuesday I went in and picked up my shirts, which still didn't look great. I told the clerk (yet another person) about the whole fiasco and the fact that I didn't receive a call when the shirts came in, or from the owner. Keep in mind this is two weeks after I originally brought the shirts in. She apologized and said, "your total is $7.20." Who could anyone in their right mind charge me after all of that. Horrible business practices, poor quality and terrible customer service.
