  Disappointed in my most recent encounter with Virginia. Needed my hair done for vacation and she said she'd call me back and never did. The first time she brushed me off in my request to get my hair done she said it was because a lot of people say they want their hair done and that they'll come back and never come back. So when I called and told her i wpuld be on my way she told me the girls that were going to help do the hair already left for the night because of flaky customers. This time I think was a similar scenario where I kept telling you i needed my hair done. Well she wasn't at the shop the girl that she was going to have to do my hair was not at the shop. She claimed she was waiting on her to call her back and then she would call me back but she never did so I had to go elsewhere. I understand there are flaky customers but there are some customers that really want their hair done and if they say they're coming or coming back later they mean it I'm disappointed

  My daughter and I have gotten braids here more than once. The braids looked great, everyone was polite, the owner is very sweet and welcoming
