  NTTA you all are horrible people. Stay off the toll roads if you can. I would rather drive an hour to work then get on that toll. And who ever came up with the idea of toll roads you are an idiot.

  I went in to get a 3rd tag for the new car. I had no issues at all. The place was clean and the employees were cheerful as well as very helpful. Canutry (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was AWESOME! I was in and out in under 6 minutes. Thank you!

  Horrible experience! I sold my car and sent in correct paperwork. Then someone drove it and I get a toll fee. On what a car I don’t own and I didn’t drive. Took them five months to fix it. Ridiculous!

  NTTA is highway robbery. Excuse the pun. Unbelievably over-the-top and inflated "processing" and "late" fees, phantom charges. A simple toll can cost hundreds of dollars to an individual who forgot to update her or his card or license plate, or simply forgot to go in manually and pay the toll. How they get away with this robbery is amazing to me. Absolutely shameful that our public leaders tolerate this mistreatment and abuse of ordinary citizens, to an organization they have given a local monopoly to. SHAME ON YOU

  This business needs to be reported to the better business. It's all one large scam. First of all there is no automated system to pay over the phone, so you must call during there business hours which I can't do. So it gives me the option to pay online but when I type in the web address my only option is to log in. That's it, no website, no "create an account" button, no "I forgot my username or my password" option which by the way I have never created an account so I have no way to log in. So I wait to call days later when I finally have time and they have no way of looking up my account without the account number which I don't have on me. There's no other options. I feel like they intentionally make it very difficult to pay so then they can add ridiculously high fees that can take it from a $5 toll to over $300. SCAM....SCAM.....SCAM. I will never take a toll road again at all cost because in the end it's $295 cheaper to take the long way around. I also encourage everyone else to avoid any toll roads as well.
