::Everyone was very nice. What I was quoted over the phone was what I paid when the job was done - no surprises. What I paid was easily $200 cheaper than other places I called and still included the same perks like lifetime tire repair, rotations, etc.Very nice waiting room with free coffee and water. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was that it took almost over 2 hours to replace all 4 of my tires. To be fair, I was warned that it could take up to 2 hours and I was ok with that. But, I did make an appointment and I noticed that out of the entire time I was waiting, my car was being actively worked on for maybe 30 - 45 minutes total. At other times, it was sitting in the parking lot, or just sitting on the lift without wheels. It felt like people who came in after me who were getting the same work done were done before me. Also, the bathroom was pretty gross. Having said all that, I would definitely come back to get my tires replaced when the time comes again.

::Tire was improperly installed and had to come back three times. First they installed the wrong tire size, the next tire developed a bubble. They replaced that one too but after two days became flat! I was given the excuse that “it’s just the way it is on these cars”. They did apologize in the end for their mistake and had another mechanic perform the work. Just very disappointed in the service for something as simple as changing a tire.

::I had to call AAA for battery service when my car wouldn't start. They arrived and said my battery was 'too complicated' to replace and I would need to bring my car to a service center. AAA only gave me a jump-start. I called NTB immediately. Got a quote on the phone and arrived to their location within 15 mins. The staff were friendly. I was in and out of there in 25 minutes and the price for my battery with installation was amazing! I will definitely be returning for all of my maintenance and in-a-pinch car needs. Thanks guys!

::Best place to go when you're in a pinch, my car had died on us, faulty alternator, and thankfully in a parking lot. I called NTB when everyone else is closed, and spoke with Adam. He said to have my car towed to his lot and they will take care of it. I had the tow truck tow my car over there the next day and left it overnight, the next morning at 8am I received a call from Adam, he said I needed a new battery and alternator, exactly what I was expecting, cost was decent, and my vehicle was ready by noon. I would recommend NTB for almost any service especially if you need your car back on the road ASAP. I've been to this NTB in the past for tires when I had a flat same scenario, I was in a pinch and I remember after the work was performed, I got out of work late that night, Adam and his staff kept the doors open for me even after they had closed so I can pick up my Odyssey. it's been two years not a single issue with those tires by the way. I would like to thank Adam again for his and his staff's quick and reliable service, my RDX is back on the road again.
