  I've been getting my nails done here for 2 years. My regular lady, Nina, was absolutely amazing. And apparently quit. On this visit I waited 15 minutes before I was rushed to a station. The lady put my hands in a sandwich bag of nail polish remover with a cotton ball. And left me to get my powder dip off myself. She came back about 20 minutes later and told me to scrub harder. (?) After another 15 minutes she finally made her way to me where she clipped and grinded my nails. Then told me a guy would be doing my nails. I had a picture and was very clear about what I wanted. Black. Black. Black. I want black. I got blue. Very Berry Blue to be exact. Pointed out that they were blue and not black. He told me I needed to get my eyes checked. I told him he needed a new job. Everyone in the place vouched that it was blue. But he was very rude as well as adamant that it was black. I was not offered a discount or anything. Paid $50 bucks for something i didn't want. Won't be back.

  I’ve been coming to Nt nails since opening, I loved it and also recommended it to people. There is now a new manager by the name of Vicky who has came from Lincoln, Ne . She has a very bad attitude and she always seems aggravated when iam there even with other customers. They also don’t tell you about the price until it’s all done . And the menu price isn’t accurate so please don’t go off off of prices listed.

  My first visit there was a little hectic. I had two different people working on my nails. They obviously had a newer person working because the lady that sat next to me had two people working on her nails too, as the original tech literally walked off and sat at another station to work on someone else. My second visit was much better. I had an appointment made and my nails turned out much better. Probably because only one person was working on it. I will go again.

  Sadly I will not be coming back here. I made an appointment for noon and my nail tech didn't show up till 12:25. The reason was her drive from Lincoln. My nail polish dried with bubbles in it. I got a coupon for $5 off my next visit but the card is only good for a manicure AND pedicure. I don't get pedicures so the card is not valid for me. Very sad to say goodbye to this place.

  Helen is amazing. She does great nails. I've been getting pink and white nails, French, for about 25 years all over the country. This is the first time I've found somebody that listens to what I like, and does an amazing job. Helen, thank you!
