  I have worked with Dan at NSI for the past decade and have found his customer services skills to be excellent. They usually have a very good selection of stones and try to fine the correct slab for my projects.Once stone is selected it is usually held or delivered in a timely manner.

  This is the place to go for stone and Dan Ebron is the man to see! Dan works with each of his clients and explains the difference between types of stone and the advantages and disadvantages of each. He is patient with even the most challenging customers and I have truly challenged him with some of them. He knows his stone and has an amazing selection of it! NSI granite is like an art gallery of Mother Nature's finest work! this is where you need to go to!

  I have known NSI Granite for quite a while.We are in the Design and Built business and it is hard to find a Company that you can trust. They are very professional in handling client and very helpful in their selection. I highly recommend the Company and Dan for his superior service and attention to the details of every client needs.

  If I could give them zero stars, I totally would. This place is also known as Natural Stone NY. This place is totally unprofessional. The owners seem to be helpful and all customer service oriented at first and then totally ignores you after you've paid fully for the order. We noticed some cracks and fissures that were not acceptable and was not willing to provide any exchanges or refunds. When we first purchased the slabs and asked them to explain to us the difference between the thicker and thinner, 2cm vs 3cm, they gave us false information and was totally misled us from the beginning to end. Thankfully there were lots of other marble companies around these 2 blocks that offer more selection and better pricing and most importantly, honesty. This is definitely BUYER BEWARE and definitely do not trust anything they say. My husband and I were so disappointed and upset and we normally do not write these reviews and take it with a grain of salt, but in this case, it is totally true and we dealt with someone name Jessica in the beginning and then an owner came along after to meet us.
