  I live a little more than a 1 hour drive to Charlotte, and I always try to squeeze in a stop at Nova's. Everything I have ever obtained from there has been very good. I always come for scones, and appreciate that they are prepared more in the European style, so they aren't so sweet.

  Deserve less then 1 star! My Oreo chocolate cheesecake was soured, like rancid milk bad. We got a slice of that and a piece of chocolate pie Togo. The chocolate pie was basically a gas station dessert in quality, but it was atleast eatable. Though the desserts were terrible, they did have excellent lattes. They should not call themselves a bakery, they are a coffee shop at best. Coffee is all they are good at.

  Wonderful treasure with three bakeries. You can find cannoli, chalah, and buttery raspberry and chocolate rugala, French bread scones, eight grain bread, and much more. Did I say cookies and muffins? Their coffee selection is broad. They also have tasty sandwiches. Best of all, they use unbromated flour! Please check out what bromine is, and what it does. They keep it out of all of their pasteries. Enjoy!

  Went in to this establishment today and no one was in the store. Employee acted as if we were bothering him and was not friendly. He did not even speak as we entered which was rude since we were the only ones there. I have no review on the dessert as we turned right back around and left. It did not look as fresh as the pictures I've seen. I cannot give my money to a place of business that does not even acknowledge their customers. I will not set foot back in this place again. If I could give this no stars I would.
