  I thought they were great! I had a serious issue going on with one of my back teeth… so bad that it was keeping me up at night. They squeezed me in for an appointment right away. I had to wait, at most, 5 minutes before they called me back. The dentist is seriously as nice as they come (the hygienist too). Great bedside manner. Explained everything in detail. And, they were WAY more reasonable in price compared to my previous Manhattan dentist… who had given me a quote that was three times what I paid here. I almost never leave reviews, but I saw a negative one from someone who was complaining about a woman doctor… so I figured I’d chime in, because the doctor here is a guy. (Maybe that other reviewer was confusing this office with some other office.) Anyway, I think they’re great. I’ve been back twice now since that emergency, and have been happy each time. :)

  I wish that I had read Terra's Apr 24th reading before heading to Modern Dental. I would have avoided the trip. The staff was in a daze that made them difficult to communicate with them. They dismissed advice from my previous dentist, as well. The big problem--I didn't get to see a doctor. He appeared to have rushed out on a cell phone call. Is that medically acceptable? Is that fraudulent? Instead, I spoke with the kind but obviously exhausted hygienist, who wrote off the opinion of my previous dentist that I had a cavity forming that needed checking. The plus side--Modern Dental takes DC-37's dental benefit. But does DC-37 know what it's paying for?
