  I am a sells person, don't sell cars but have been in sales for 22+ years and am one of the best in my industry. The most important part in buying a car is the sells person, their listening capabilities, their authority to make decisions and most of all understanding the process so that you are in and out of the buying experience with what you want. I have bought (2) vehicles from Shannon and both times i told him what i wanted and what i wanted to pay, he had me out the door with less than what i told him i was willing to pay. I even left and he called me back told me he had it all ready to go and both times he did exactly what i wanted for less. I am a "car aholic" so i like new cars every (3) years and i will be buying many of cars in the future from him. He just gets what all of us buyers are wanting in this experience, which is a process that doesn't take a lot of effort. If you can provide him with the information to work with he will make it happen. REMEMBER ITS ALL ABOUT WHO YOU BUY FROM THAT WILL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE!   Upon arrival I was greeted and dealt with in a courteous manner. It wasTyler that greeted myself and my buddy. He outlined and explained everything well and upon sale went to the lengths of adjusting my seats and reattached the side skirts on the car taking an hour or maybe two of his own time. 2 thumbs up.

  I bought a car last week from Novak and it was an all around great experience. They treat you like you're a person and not just a commission check. David and the finance manager were great! They didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't want. I would tell friends and family to go here when looking for a new car.

  Had a great experience with Julio and his team. They were very laid back and let me settle into the car I wanted. I was up-front with them on what I was looking for and what I was looking to pay, and they met me very close to where I wanted, close enough to leave me satisfied with my purchase and how it was handled. Great staff, good used cars, a very easy experience overall.
