  Finally, I no longer feel like they're trying to purposely give me bad customer service. As we all know from my last review I wasn't happy with Nova. This is that same review but I wanted to change it. I noticed almost all of the staff has changed which has been a good thing for me. The past 2 days I came in went right back, they had what I wanted, and they got my order right. I was in & out in 5-10 minutes each time. Roger made me feel welcome like someone you haven't seen in awhile & that initial excitement in their voice "Oh hey MacKenzie! How are ya? Did you have to take a long bus trip today?" It was nice. Then when an error popped up with my card the guy went in the backroom and shut the door to talk to someone at first I thought maybe they were about to refuse me service from my prior problems. But the guy came out as well as the lady he talked to just to tell me it isn't me it's the program they use they're just going to re-enter all my info in. Thanks!

  Been coming here for a while now and always impressed! Great friendly super customer service! The product is always the best and the prices are great! And you guys really look out for Veterans! All in all I love this place . However I did come in today and the waiting room was kinda full and there was one particular person being so obnoxious that it actually ignited my anxiety and the person actually yelled to the other person he was with. "Hay man you better get me some good weed" I know you guys can't directly control people especially what they say but it just bothers me to see how hard people have worked to provide marajuana legal for medical reasons that so many people need and yet people like that threaten to ruin it for the ones who need it. Not to mention the frustration of the money and effort people put in to going about things the legal way

  The person I talked to here was very experienced. The word "knowledgeable" gets thrown around a lot so I'll emphasize it here. They knew what they were talking about, obviously had a lot of experience, and they were very informative and friendly.
