  Dr Ruba Hanna is the best. She treats my daughter like it's her own. She takes her time with you to explain everything and cover all your concerns. Even on Sunday when my daughter was sick and I called the office. She gave me a call back right away and told me what to do and not to worry. I read all of reviews about how rude the front desk is. Yes it's kinda true but when you get to know them. They are a sweetheart. Thank you dr Hanna

  Its unbelievable how rude the front desk staff are! I have been taking my kids to their office for the past year and every time I go my husband and I leave upset of the overall environment is and how people are being treated. The doctors are nicer but do terrible physical exams/ checkups especially for babies. I would not recommend this office at all, the experience is very bad, its definitely not a place where you feel welcome and taken care-of. The black receptionist doesn't even reply back when you say Good morning to her!!!!! I have never seen a medical office with employees that are this rude an unprofessional. The staff make illegal actions with collecting money and not wanting to see SPECIFIC patients in the office (not with me but my friends who go there). I will definitely write a complaint to the board. Obviously many people posted bad reviews for a reason. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

  I really have very bad experience with them, t went for a sick visit and because of my new insurance they gave me new paper work to fill then while I'm filling the forms they called me come on we have to go to lunch, I couldn't believe what I heard, very rude bad behavior and customer service.

  My daughter is only two months, so we haven't been coming here long, but so far so good! I disagree with the other comments on the receptionists- I think they are all very friendly and kind when I speak to them. Though we have seen a different doctor with each visit, I have no complaints about the medical staff. The reason I gave 4 stars is because of the wait time. I get to the appointment early, get called in early,but it's always a wait before we are seen. I wish they could fix that issue.

  I can only say wonderful things about this group of Doctors. They always take good care of my kids and the wait is never long. All the doctors are really friendly and take time to talk to the children and answer my questions. I have always felt comfortable going and so do my children.
