::The fact that I ended up here is a total GOD thing. I called Northwestern University and was referred to Dr. Bell's phone number. I thought it was the dental school. December 6th, 2021, I went to Dr. Bell and he asked me what I would like from him. I told him I would be a lab rat for one or a few of his students. He said, "oh, you are looking for Northwestern Dental School. It closed long ago." As long as I was there, I got an exam and he told me what his procedure was. Leaving there, I was shocked at the cost. I also was going there from Lake Barrington, IL. about 45 miles one way. I thought I needed to look at several dentists based on that thinking 'I knew better.' Visiting these 4 other places, the costs quoted me were twice the cost of what Dr. Bell quoted me. I was shocked even more when these were local dentists within 10 miles of where I lived. I began with Dr. Bell in February 2022 and can attest to the fact he is the most caring dentist I have ever met! Extremely accommodating to my needs with money, appointments, communication, etc. Every step of the way he has explained in detail what he was doing, why, and how. No questions left unanswered. Follow up extraordinaire! Adele, his assistant, follows up and is the kindest person you can imagine. Very sweet. Always right there, comforting me when I needed it. Following up on the phone, checking on me. I had a VERY difficult case! Probably far more than was expected but nothing has changed. Same price. I am forever grateful for God leading me to Dr. Bell and Adele. For people dreading going to the city, I can attest it is a piece of cake. Metra to Richard Ogilvie, take a bus from there 8 blocks to 77 E. Washington St. and you are there! Catch a bus from one block south and back to Richard Ogilvie! No worries! You are safe! Thank you, God!

His office is very thorough in terms of addressing dental needs as well as explaining insurance conditions and costs--before implementing any procedures!
