  Ms. Phillips is an excellent bank manager and great human being. She always has a smile on her face. The floor repre-sentatives, tellers and fellow customers are so pleasant. I love going into the branch, everyone is so frendly, helpfull & when you can't make it into the branch I get the same compassionate, caring, understanding and great attitude on the phone.
