  We come here a lot. Managers are great! Always let me use my coupons and give discounts for damaged items. I love this place and will keep coming back!

  There customer service? Well they don't have any. Every single time I come in here I'm ignored. I ask a question, it's like I'm throwing everyone's groove off. This last time I came in there this older man was called to assist me in pricing welding gas. And he just threw the book with the prices on the table and left. So needless to say I only go there when I absolutely have to.

  Large selection of tools. Reasonable prices. Get coupons in mail that can even be used on sale items. Store not the cleanest.

  Such a great store! Their assistant manager, Alex, was super helpful when I had an issue with a generator that was still under warranty. He did a great job communicating with me and was able to get a resolution quickly regarding my damaged generator with the warranty company. Thanks Alex!

  The fort worth store improved drastically a good while back, about the time the whole store layout changed. Got to say, there's an employee there, Blake, that is one of the most motivated, professional customer service oriented individuals I've ever seen in retail. Impressed every single time I walk in and see him working! Just a straight, helpful, take charge get it done kind of guy!
