  I usually have my jewelry repaired in NYC where I work. Recently one of the stones in my 3 stone wedding band needed to be tightened. My jeweler told me 3 weeks. I was relaying this story to my aunt who recommended Northeastern who repair on the spot. Well... not only did they repair on the spot. But they were the nicest bunch of people you can come across. They seem to know the true meaning of customer service. And their price was obscenely low. I would have paid 5x that amount in NYC. Bless my aunt for the lead. They will be by new go to jewelers!!

  I bought a custom nameplate for my daughter here and it is stunning. The sales girl Michele helped us and was so helpful and really steered us in the right direction with the design. I definitely would recommend this store to anyone.

  I Have been using northeastern jewelers forever! I will not go anywhere else for my jewelry, repairs or gifts! They buy your gold at top dollar and everyone is so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Customer service is phenomenal! Prices can't be beat either and quality never disappoints!

  I can't say enough great things about Northeastern Jewelers. They have Beautiful Jewelery. They are Honest, Kind, and Knowledgeable. You can tell Customer Service is a priority. If you're looking to sell your old jewelry they pay top dollar. I know I priced elsewhere. Highly Recommended.
