  WARNING! be very careful with these people. they will nickel and dime you, and try to charge you even if they don't fix anything. They charge by appliance - so one trip to your house will be charged per appliance - not per trip. Also the man charged me $95 for labor to "adjust" something and it didn't even fix the problem. The reception people said they would refund the money (I'm still out the $120 fee they charge just to show up and look). If they really do I'll update this but i gotta tell ya, I'm feeling ripped off. Anybody know an honest appliance repair man? if so, let me know!

  Northeastern Appliance provided excellent service. The technician was timely, pleasant, and professional. Highly recommend their services. Great experience.

  I tried to book a service call with this company. They would not tell me how much labor cost would be or how much they charged for parts. I was told Labor cost changed with each issue. I believe my problem is a spark module issue, I got a very unhappy woman who told me she would have to go away to find out how much that would be and then she responded rather rudely so then what if that is not the problem??? I was only told how much it would cost for the company to "look" at my Wolf stove. ($160). Money doesn't grow on trees and as a consumer I would like the option to shop around. Not happy at all with the lack of information so I cancelled the service call.
