  The reason why I gave this company one star is because of what recently happened and I was very amazed on the handling of the situation. I recently purchased a 2014 Land Rover LR4 which was really nice and in the beginning the staff was great. Now here's the story, there were a few cosmetic issues that I addressed and at first the ownership didn't want to entertain the idea so I agreed to purchase those cosmetic items as long as they were able to assemble it in time for pickup. They agreed. The engine light came on and the salesperson stated that as long as I went to the Land Rover dealer, they will reset the sensor because the Oxygen sensor that they installed was brand new. I went immediately to Land Rover where I reside and come to find out the sensor wasn't changed at all. I came out of pocket for over $200.00 for an issue that should have been handled from the beginning and now I'm having a problem with Northeast Motors reimbursing me back what they stated that was fixed. My suggestion is this, before you purchase one of their High-end vehicles make sure that their service mechanics are qualified to fix such vehicles and second, immediately take what ever vehicle you purchase to an authorized dealer and ask for a diagnostic inspection for clarification. I may not get back my money but I want others to be aware of the situation and all of this I can back it up with proof.

  Just bought my car from here on Tuesday, phenomenal people. Nate green, who sold me the car, was extremely helpful, very kind, and diligent. He made sure I got the car I wanted even though it was a hassle. Awesome dealership. 10/10.

  Nate Green was so incredibly helpful, informative and kind. I have purchased over 10 vehicles in my 49 years. This experience was by far the most pleasant buying experience I have ever ever had! I have never felt so completely confident about a purchase as well as the integrity of a saleseperson. Let’s face it, car salesmen don’t exactly have a good name. Everyone goes into a purchase with an expectation that they will be hustled. From my first contact with Nate via cell and meeting him in person I knew that this was an individual of honesty and integrity. Upon leaving with the car I have always dreamed of having I must say the entire experience was perfect and I Nate deserves recognition. Thank you so very much.

  It was a pleasure working with Northeast Motor Cars! I’m very satisfied with vehicle that I purchased. I work closely with salesman Edwin Perez. I found Mr. Perez to be extremely knowledgeable about the car business, very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in, and was willing to work around my schedule to close the deal. I also found Mr. Perez to carry himself in a very professional manner. I’m looking forward to working with Mr. Perez and the Northeast Team on my next vehicle.   This place like to please their customers. I was very pleased with my experience and the car I bought as well. The whole team including mike who sold the car for me, were very professional and diligent. They do go above and beyond to make their customer happy and I left happy with the deal and the car I got. I would definitely recommend you to check out this place if you re thinking to buy or lease a car! Go to Mike he’s the best!
