  If I could leave negative stars, I would. This is the worst place I have ever been unfortunate enough to deal with. I’ve been in the business a long time and never been talked to the way the owner does. He calls women derogatory terms. Horrible names. seeing all the other reviews, I doubt he will be in business for very long. This company is disgusting and I would stay as far away as possible. If you care about yourself, your money, and your dignity, you’ll do yourself a favor and completely avoid this place. Junk cars, horrible service.

  This company has major moral and ethical problem. Highly recommend not buying from this company as they like to hide problems with vehicles.

  Purchased vehicle with zero disclosure of major repairs that were needed to the engine components. Even with an extended warranty that was given with the vehicle still is costing me additional $100's out of my pocket after just spending $6500 with this joke of a dealership! I have tried on a number of occasions to reach out to the sales manager Jan with no return calls and unanswered emails. Advise to you make sure you are test driving a vehicle that is NOT warmed up for you prior #1. A cold start can show a lot of a vehicle that has major issues. Extremely poor customer service If female, ensure you bring a male with you so you don't get screwed over by these people

  Purchased a vehicle from North Suburban Sales North and they sold the truck with a clean title. Brought it into the Shop for a repair and the reputable repair shop would not work on the truck because the frame was beyond repair. The car was not driven more than 100 miles from the time we brought it into the shop. Extremely dishonest.

  I bought a GMC Envoy from Chris and he was very straight forward, light hearted and answered all my questions. As it turns out a friend of mine bought a car from this car lot and had the same salesman and haid a great experience as well. They price they're cars and trucks very fairly. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a good used car or truck.
