  Terrible they came by, said the charge will be 100 dollars, ran the snake for 2 minutes, claimed they broke the claw on the snake, and then said I had a very bad clogged line, and that they can fix it for 1600 dollars, just had a bad feeling after that, from 100 dollars to 1600. Gave them 50.00 dollars to get out of my house. They got the one star because they arrived at the time they said they would. Never heard of a plumber having just one monkey wrench. SMH!

  Great service, also, pricing and wait time were not as steep as the bigger rooter/sewer companies. Extra money for warranted work gives me peace of mind incase I have another back up. Very straight to the point business ethics, where pricing doesn't dictate quality of work, but extra sewer cleaning methods applied and better warranties. Highly recommend using these guys!
