Fantastic, interesting, delicious beer. Extremely reasonable prices, and warm, knowledgeable staff.

There is always a variety of great beer for everybody’s taste. They have a couple of consistent beers the rest of the choices are changing all the time and are very innovative and delicious. Very friendly between the owner, the staff, and even the customers. I go to a lot of breweries and no can beat this beer!

This is definitely my favorite brewery by far when taking into consideration their vast, mouth-watering beer selection and atmosphere. I love the family-run feel and how much the master brewer and other tenders associate with the guests. It's a small place, but beautiful and you definitely know you're at a brewery with all the vats and kegs in view. I recommend the Tarwe and Paddle Steamer but if you like beer, you will find something here for you.

My favorite brewery. They just do beer and they do it really well. Their beers are creative but they are not over the top which I appreciate. You order a Belgian when it's on the menu, and it may have a nice twist to it, but you'll know it's a Belgian. The staff are fantastic, always willing to talk about their beers and their craft and they are just good people all around. Go there, sit down order a pint and enjoy!

My friend Mike and I went to North River for the first time tonight. We started of with the Imperial Stout, which was very good. When its cold outside, a stout beer is perfect. The decor of this place is really not what I expected. It is very bright and I felt like I was in someone's kitchen, not a bar. While I was there a lot of people came and went, I think that the people knew each other. This is probably the neighborhood hangout but it wasn't what we were looking for. Don't think I'll go back but if you live in the area you will probably see your neighbors if you go here.
