  My wife and I called North Point because our Kohler generator was not working. The Service Department took the call and gave us an appointment for the next business day. The technician, Katie, arrived as scheduled. She was both knowledgeable and friendly. Moreover, she patiently answered all of our questions. The generator was fixed, updated, and serviced in an hour. I was so impressed that I signed up for a service contract which I rarely opt for. Thank you Katie and North Point for one of the best service experiences we have ever had.
