  I had tremendous fear of the dentist. To the point of me actually thinking dying or an infection is a better option than going to a dentist. Of course my loved ones drug me to this dentist. I walked in and turned around right away and booked it. The receptionist came after me and was just as kind as kind can be. The Assistent was equally as kind. Then came Dr Moore and I can honestly say he was a godsend. He was compassionate, kind, supportive, understanding and most of all empathetic. Nobody in this clinic made be feel ashamed or told me things that made me feel judged. Now 6 months later my smile is the best part about me all thanks to north end dental. Anyone who has extreme fear of the dentist for any reason this is a clinic to go to. I have been to so many dentists and this is the first one I actually stayed with My son is now going as will my daughter and husband Beautiful people working there

  The people who work here make this the finest dental office in town, if not the state. From the first person who greeted me to the last person who went over my treatment plan and everyone in between..I felt like family. They are kind and compassionate and made going to the dentist almost fun. They took the time to listen and explain and there was no rush at all. And the office had many other patients. I look forward to going back to have my dental work.

  Mauro and Dr.Umphlett were such a blessing to me this morning. I needed an emergency cracked/chipped front tooth fixed. Not only was Laura at the North End Dental office conveniently able to get me in the next day, but she was able to schedule me 1st thing when the office opened their doors. Mauro and Dr.Umphlett fixed my tooth perfect making my smile beautiful again for when I looked in the mirror and faced the world. I've always said "your smile is part of your resume". Thank you everyone at North End Dental for being here for your patients and making time in cases such as mines that needed attention ASAP. It's customer service like this that make the world such a wonderful place.

  Dr. Moore did a great job with my first crown. He was friendly and seemed to pay attention to detail. Toyan was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable. She was wonderful. I will say I was a little nervous but they both took good care of me.

  Everything about North End Dental is great. My experience with Dr. Hill and the staff has been above and beyond my expectations. I am without a doubt glad I choose North End Dental for my implants. Best decision ever. Thank you Dr Hill and Staff for everything. Erik
