  Was told that a vehicle would be available for a test drive when I showed up and it was not. My personal vehicle at the time was “going to be looked at” for a value, but never was. When I asked to look at the car of interest I was led to one and abandoned by the sales woman and I had to go retrieve her to ask questions about the vehicle. When one of my parents showed up to look at the cars no one came outside to speak with us or engage at all. Everyone was nice and respectful, but I feel I was classified as unable to buy a car because I was 22yo. So I went to Grand Prix Subaru and bought a Subaru on the same day. I’m still waiting on a follow up call from north coast and it’s been about 3 weeks now.

  I cannot give enough praise to this dealership. I was treated like family from the first day I walked in. David Leonard is the most rockstar of a car salesman I have ever had the opportunity to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and a seasoned vet when it comes to selling Subaru vehicles. He treated me like a friend and gave me complete honesty and transparency from the moment we began to discuss options. On the day I picked up my vehicle, the entire North Coast team was professional and had all paperwork ready without any hidden fees I wasn't expecting. David then spent about a half hour with me ensuring that I took advantage of all of the features my new car offered. If you're thinking of buying a Subaru and live near by, North Coast should be the only place you look. If you are lucky enough to work with David, you're in extremely good hands. Thank you David and the entire North Coast team! (To clarify, I was not asked to write this review)

  I can't say enough good things about North Coast Subaru. I have been getting my 2008 Subaru serviced there for the last 9 years and Bob and the guys in service took care of my baby for years. I never felt taken advantage of and they were always there to answer my questions. Some guy ran a red light the other day and totaled my car. It had 160,000 miles on it and was running better than ever thanks to North Coast Subaru. So I decided to see if their sales representatives were as good as their service. I met Jeff in sales and now I know that the entire business is run the same way. Jeff made me feel like family. I now own a 2014 Crosstrek. Thanks North Coast Subaru for making life easy and putting the costumer first.

  By far the best Subaru service center in the area! I have been treated very rudely by other area Subaru service centers, so this was a pleasant surprise! They had my car fixed in no time and made the whole process easy. They also didn't try to sell me on extra services (new filters, etc.) like other places have done. Their staff is wonderful and even helped me transfer a carseat from the loaner back to my car, as well as find the sunglasses I had left in the loaner. We will definitely stick with Gold Coast Subaru for all of our service needs in the future!
