  Horrible experience. Bought a cargo van, all went well with financing and paper work. Almost immediately, and while still under warranty, the shocks went. They admitted the shocks were old but did nothing to fix them. A month later (over allotted miles for warranty) the engine went. They sold us a lemon plain and simple. Made no attempt to rectify the situation. There are literally hundreds of other dealers in the area, do not waste your time or money on this one. Overpriced, high miles, poor service, etc. I am now working on my 4th cargo purchase, all which could have been with them had they worked out our situation. I see from other reviews this is common practice with them. Should have done my homework. Buyer Beware!

  Excellent experience buying a car from them. Drove from out of state because the deal was the best we could find. Very friendly and helpful staff made us feel at home. Would definitely do business with them again in the future.

  Great buying experience! Extremely honest and fair! These guys went above and beyond and out of their way to make their customers satisfied. I made the 2 hr. drive from another location in PA and purchased a vehicle with NAAL about a month ago. Everything - Making the first call / All of the phone conversations / Negotiated price $$ / Honored the agreed Price when I finally made it there / Provided through information on the vehicle / Polite and Friendly through the entire process / Courteous and friendly at the Dealer / Freedom to test drive at leisure (They were CONFIDENT everything worked on the vehicle!). To add to all of this, AND THIS WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART FOR ME, they did what they said they would! I won’t go into the details because I would not want to imply that these things are taken care of for every sale on their behalf, but in my case, THEY DID WHATEVER THEY COULD TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT AS AGREED! Can’t say thanks enough to all of you guys (Joe/Bob/Drew/Paul) for taking care of everything…especially for the follow-up on the last matter. Exceptional effort Drew! (Joe thanks again for the throwing the bonuses my way for the things missing!). These folks are the REAL DEAL! Finest team that I’ve had the pleasure of auto shopping through!

  What a relief! We spent a month and a half looking for a vehicle then we found North American Auto Liquidators, they had a similar car that we had been looking for in stock. They were extremely friendly and helpful. One of the reasons we went there to look was it was raining and they have an indoor showroom, which worked out perfectly. They allowed us to test drive the vehicle, and they did not have an issue with us trying the child car seats in the vehicles. When we asked if we could have our own mechanic look at the car they had no problem with that either. They were very responsive to all of our questions and they were able to get us a unbelievable deal with the financing. I will recommend these guys to everyone I know. I normally don't write reviews but these guys went above and beyond my expectations. I appreciate your help guys, thanks again. Mike M
