  Manager Charlotte Smith is very rude to the seniors and the disabled. Apartments are bed bug and roach infested even though have been under treatment for the last 5 years.Manager goes into your apt without notice..says that she can come and go as she pleases.Maintenance is slow.

  Looking for a place to get my mother out of there. The manager is very rude. I have been there every single day for the last 2 months and they have yet to vaccum the halls or sweep and mop the hard floors. The smell is horrible when you walk in the doors it hits you in the face and it just makes me want to vomit. The new management is no better than the last. If anything has to be repaired like garbage disposals, toilets, faucets etc...they tell them the residents are resposible to pay the maintenance guy when he comes to fix whatever is broken or malfunctioning. REDICULOUS!!!

  Just Put my father there the place is cleaned up new management is in place. I spoke with three residents who have been there for quite a while. One of them had been there for nine years and said she likes it there it is home. The only thing I did not like is that smoking is allowed on site outdoors however not in common areas indoors. So I guess that's not to bad.

  I am moving my dad out of this place this place is full of bed bugs and roaches very very bad please don't move here.
