  food was amazing! i had there new menu itam of a classic Japanese Roman it was mouth watering.

  The food is usually pretty good, they seem to rush you through ordering. I was asked my order and givin my drink before the person ahead of me even finished paying. Also it would be nice to see a beard net on he chef..... He has a scraggly unmaintained beard that is about 1" long or longer and wears no net. I think he is the only unshaven chef in the food court currently.

  I go here quite often. Honestly more often than I should, I'm addicted to their chicken teriyaki. I have never had rude or horrible customer service here personally. Are they always super friendly? No but anyone in food/retail understands that it can be tiring after awhile. Yes sometimes it can take a little while to get your food but it's a freaking food stop in a mall. What do you expect?!

  I would not give a star to this place at all, i was just there i asked if i can have a led for my chili souce they said they had none. I asked if i could have a small water cup to put some chili souce since they ran out they said no. Plus the guy thats always there was really rude telling me no i can not give some couse its for water,another customer past by and said that he was being rude..To be honest that guy has poor customer service. 😡😡😡😡😡
