::My go to store for shopping. They have wide varieties of clothing for men, women, and children. They also carry lux items such as : Prada, Burberry, Gucci and many more! 4 stars for parking, I wish it was free.

::Went to Nordstrom White Plains, made a purchase, left it at store for alteration and they promised to ship out the next day. Never received it and never heard from store again. Took multiple calls to find a person willing/able to check, gave me a tracking number, alas an invalid one! So after spending time going there, picking out the item, have to waste more time just to find out they lost it in store. Their idea of a solution is going to store and do this over again. What a joke. This is an example of why retail is (and should be) hurting.

::It’s a good Nordstrom. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and very professional. The store is always spotless, and the people who work here really work. It’s refreshing to see employees in this day and age who actually care about the way they present themselves and the way the store is presented.
