::I entered the store with a need for a suit. I have never shopped for a suit. Two ladies that worked there picked out everything I needed: the jacket, matching pants, a shell/ sleeveless shirt and shoes. It was perfect. They were extremely helpful and positive.

::Nordstrom is when every sales person is on their phone checking social media. Nordstrom is also when the guys in cosmetics rather have a private chat then helping you. I literally had to interrupt and wait for a “we don’t have that yet”...and she went right back into chatting with her college.

::The service at this location is extremely wonderful. The people at the Tom Ford counter are on top of their game. If I ask for any notes in any of those Tom Ford bottles the two who were there that day would be able to provide me all the information. They did not treat me as if I did not know what I was talking about when it came to Tom Ford or other products. I do appreciate how they actually assess their customers before they go ahead and continue to try to sell to their customers. This is something that is highly important when it comes to customer service. Because I find it extremely frustrating going into a store having some knowledge about a product and having somebody talk down to you. This location have wonderful people working there. I truly appreciate these people.

::I have always had the best shopping experiences at this Nordstrom. I love the constant fashion forward selections at the store and the great staff. They are always very friendly and helpful to me. I love the coffee shop and restaurant. I find everything I need!
