  Nice...the food is not the best. Except for the crab soup which is delicious. Not recommend their sandwich. Beers 10/10

  Awesome customer service but one guy on the mens department where the suits arewho thinks he is better than everyone just because he knows his measurements, good job bro. other than that I enjoy shopping here every time while wife is in another store buying clothes and 50% of time she's going to return it because she ain't feeling it in the mirror lmao.

  I usually chose this store over the other big department stores in Merrick, but not after today. It shows that they are very poorly managed these days. The valet was nowhere to be found. When I peeked my head into the door to ask the two girls at the pick up table where they were, but they could offer no help. The eyebrow waxing department has always been an absolute disaster they way it’s run. The people who they have running that place are thirdworld class. Zero experience in how a properly run business looks in America. It’s impossible to make the appointments. The individuals who make the appointments can’t speak clear English nor return your call timely. The brow artist act like animals as they are doing your brows. Talking poorly of the store, employees, and management which is very low class and unprofessional. They take walk ins over existing appointments. When they make a mistake neither the brow artist or the manager has any skills to fix the problem or handle the customer. Last, I brought up my issues with the manager on duty as the store manager was out of town. He was extremely undertrained to handle customer service problems. He has absolutely no communication skills and no problem solving skills. Many times he word vomited inappropriate statements and acted like an absolute child. I imagine he has no working experience on his resume what so ever based on how he handledmy call. It’s quite a shame because this used to be my go to for high end shoes and clothes for exclusive events, etc but never again. It seems as if there were some management changes over the past few months that were detriment.

  I like this store in general... one thing I have to complain is in Kids department. This Nordstrom Store has not a variety of shoes and clothes for boys as the Nordstrom from Aventura has. I visit frequently because of location convenience but every time that I visit I get disappointed due to lack of kids brands. I have to drive far away to Aventura Mall to get what I want.

  Always loved this place but today 4/8/18 was different and not in a good way. Menu changed, food was extra salty, my steak medium was extremely well done. My wife changed her plate I didn't want to be the complicated table therefore left most of my food. It is unfortunate but the changes were not for the better.
