  Employees were so helpful was looking for shoes and a nice dress and everyone was so helpful as I needed something that was on sale. The store has a large selection of items in fact I spent hours looking through everything. Love this store and the brand. Also love that they carry plus sizes as well

  Low inventory.,especially on shoe dept. Store is missing its piano player. All is same with sales and good sales people.

  I purchased a designer gown at Nordstrom for my daughter's upcoming wedding. It's unfortunate that the alterations done on my dress were amateur at best. The dress was altered a 2nd time at Nordstrom by the same seamstress and what I thought was an issue that could be rectified with a steam appliance turned out to be an uneven stitching involving the lining and the shell of the dress. I had to pay a "professional" outside of Nordstom to alter the dress to make it right.
